Why do I call them ‘workshops’
These experiences are built from genuine access and long-standing relationships. We are not standing at a distance, observing from the sidelines. We are welcomed into intimate settings, trusted spaces, and communities I know personally, often through connections built over many years.
Just as central to the experience is the work of learning. Throughout each workshop, I offer thoughtful, hands-on teaching shaped by the moment and by the individual. That includes shared reviews, one-on-one feedback, and guidance in the field as we work. I teach not only technique, but perception: how to enter a space, how to recognize what matters, how to frame with intention, and how to make photographs that go beyond the purely technical.
Every workshop is tailored to the people in it, with guidance that responds to each guest’s experience, eye, and creative goals.
